Can we change our reservation?
You can always change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the day of arrival. If you booked through one of our booking partners such as Booking.com or Expedia, you must always contact them to report changes.
Can we park at the hotel?
Due to its central location in the heart of the historic center, parking at the hotel is not possible. You can drive up to the entrance to drop off your suitcases and then park in a public parking lot. Please note that on Saturdays and Sundays you cannot drive up to the hotel by car due to a general ban on cars in the center. We recommend that you park underground immediately in Interparking 't Zand and from there it is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the hotel.
Can we park our bicycles at the hotel?
Exploring Bruges and its beautiful surroundings by bike is certainly a nice idea during your stay with us. Unfortunately, we do not have space to safely store bicycles in the hotel, but within walking distance you have a secure and underground bicycle parking where the bicycles can be stored.
Can we check in earlier or drop off our luggage?
Check-in is possible from 08:00, but the room is only available from 15:00. If the room is ready, you can check in earlier. Until the room is available, you can store your luggage at the reception.
Can we check out later?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to check out later. Only by letting the departing guests check out at 11:30 at the latest is it possible to have the rooms ready for the new guests who can check into the room at 15:00.
Can we bring our dog?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Do you have two single beds or can we add an extra bed?
Our hotel is a romantic Boutique hotel and we therefore have lovely king-size double beds. Due to the layout of the rooms, it is also not possible to place an extra bed in the room. We do not have family rooms, twin beds or connected rooms.
Can we stay with you with our newborn baby?
For the peace and quiet in our hotel, we choose to profile ourselves as a +16 adults-only hotel. This way, all our guests can enjoy a peaceful stay.
Can we have lunch and dinner with you?
We do not have a restaurant in the hotel, but within walking distance you have our restaurant 'In The Mood - diner in the park' (Minnewater 15). This is an à la carte restaurant where you can go for lunch or dinner every day of the week. Reservations are highly recommended as this is also a hotspot for foodies from Bruges and far beyond. We will be happy to give you more nice addresses during check-in and for a drink you can always go to our bar 'Bar Bulles'.
