Bar Bulles can become the setting for your unique and intimate event. An afterwork, family, friends, staff party, ... we will be happy to delight your guests.
Contact us for more information or a tailor-made proposal. The maximum capacity of Bar Bulles is 30 people inside and 16 people outside on the covered and heated terrace. Comfortably, we can welcome up to 40 guests in our inviting bar.
We have an inspiring meeting room which we can set up according to your wishes. A beamer, screen and sound system are available to give presentations.
The meeting room is available in the afternoon (13h00-17h00) and in the evening (18h00-22h00). You can choose from 1 part of the day or the combination of both. In addition, we can also provide catering for during the meeting or be happy to book a nice restaurant for dinner.

Practical:
● The meeting room is equipped with a high-speed WIFI connection, beamer with click-share system and sound system.
● Max capacity of 16 people (U-shape), but flexible set-up possible by arrangement.
● Water, coffee and tea are always provided and included in the price.
● We can also organise additional catering requirements for you.

● Per half-day session (4h): €200
Combination of daily parts (8h): €380,-
Booking & cancellation:
● When confirming the reservation, we require full payment to guarantee the reservation.
● A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the day of the meeting, after that we charge a 50% fee.
